10 of Spades – The National Assembly of Armenia
Built in 1950, designed by architect Mark Grigoryan.
The building formerly housed the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia. In May 1991, it became home to the Parliament of the Republic of Armenia.
Located on Baghramyan Avenue.
10 of Diamonds – Armenian National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre
Completed in 1940, based on a design by Alexander Tamanyan.
Located in the very center of Yerevan, at 54 Tumanyan Street.
Before construction, the site was occupied by the Gethsemane Chapel — a small Armenian church built in the late 17th century.
10 of Clubs – Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex
Opened in 1983, but after a major fire a year and a half later, it remained closed until renovations were completed in late 1987.
Architects: A. Tarkhanyan, S. Khachikyan, G. Poghosyan, G. Musheghyan.
Located in the western part of Yerevan, on Tsitsernakaberd Hill.
10 of Hearts – Yerevan City Hall
The construction of the building was completed in November 2004.
Architect: Jim Torosyan.
The City Hall is a five-story building with a total area of 13,500 m². The main entrance is crowned with a traditional Armenian symbol of endless circles, representing eternity, and the ancient Armenian tree Kenats Tsar, symbolizing life. The building features a rectangular clock tower, 47 meters high, bearing the inscription "ԵՐԵՎԱՆ" (YEREVAN), adorned with traditional Armenian ornaments. The top of the tower is surrounded by glass walls. The western wing houses the Yerevan History Museum.
